CENNAIRUS, L.L.C. (“CENNAIRUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparent communication and compliant use of SMS messaging. 1. Purpose of SMS Messaging
CENNAIRUS sends transactional SMS notifications only.These include:
  • Quote status updates
  • Application progress notifications
  • Required document requests
  • Missing information alerts
  • Secure payment links
  • Customer support follow-up messages
We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
2. How Users Provide Consent (Opt-In)

  2. Reviews the consent disclosure, located directly under the phone number field
  3. Submits the form, thereby agreeing to receive transactional SMS updates
  4. Provides their phone number during direct agent interaction, while being informed of this same consent statement.

“By submitting this form, you consent to receive transactional SMS updates from CENNAIRUS, L.L.C. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

Users will never receive recurring marketing campaigns.

Standard carrier message & data rates may apply.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. After opting out, they receive a confirmation message: “You have opted out of CENNAIRUS notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to rejoin.”

Users may reply HELP or INFO to receive:“For assistance with CENNAIRUS notifications, contact support@cennairus.com. Message and data rates may apply.”
